Greenside is the larger cottage and sleeps 5. It has 3 bedrooms -  a double, a twin (with en-suite WC) and a single.
It boasts a spacious living room with TV; a well-equiped dining-kitchen with a dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer and fridge-freezer; a three piece bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Greenside Cottage sleeps two, with a double bed (or twin beds on request). It has a cosy living room with a log burner, a well equiped kitchen and three piece bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Both cottages are attractively furnished, mainly in pine; whilst enjoying modern amenitites: in the kitchen both have electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, and in the living room a colour television with Freesat, a DVD player and a radio. Both cottages have full central heating and continuous hot water; these are included in the price; fuel for the burner is also included.

Outside, at the back of the cottages, is a private patio with garden tables and chars. This area benefits from the sun all day in summer. We have a gas barbeque available for guests

Bedlinen, except for the cot, and two towels per person are provided. Extra blankets are available in the cottages.

Electricity is supplied through a card meter, the first £5-worth is included in the price and further cards can be purchased from the owners.

Wi-Fi internet is available in the cottages

We ask our guests to arrive after 3.00pm, and to leave by 10.00am, on the day of departure. This allows us to clean the cottages and prepare them for the next guests.

Non-smokers preferred, and sorry, no pets allowed except assistance dogs due to our own animals
